Rules/ Bylaws

  1. Officers are elected annually each November. Terms for the newly elected officers begin on January 1. There are no term limits.
  2. Officers make the decisions for the Club, and regarding major decisions should seek input from club members.
  3. Officers appoint Directors who act as volunteers for specific projects or events. Directors may vote at officer meetings. The Officers determine the finances, and if finances allow, will recommend a charitable amount annually each December to the members, who will vote to determine its allocation.
  4. Officers will meet quarterly, and additionally as needed. Meetings may be in person, by email, or virtually.
  5. Members remain in good standing by annual payment of dues, unless the officers determine they have engaged in egregious behavior, such as a major violation of federal, state, or county laws.

Mission Statement:

The Brew Angels endorse the art of homebrewing and commercial craft breweries. The club sponsors and supports beer competitions, educational events, sharing ideas, and having fun. It also believes in community service and contributes to area charitable causes.
